INFORMATION:

• The CCA is limited to 21 entrants and 3 alternates.
• Be sure to attach your dog's AKC registration copies to each CCA entry form. 
• The event will run from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. The first session will be 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.  The second session will b12:45 pm to 4:30 pm.
• Entrants may leave at the end of your session once group photos have been taken.
• No need to have your dog groomed by a pro, just be sure he/she is clean, including ears, teeth and he/she is able to stand to be examined and gait beside you. You may want to practice before the event.
• Bitches in season will need to be evaluated in the last group.
• You will leave the event with a deeper understanding of your dog's great structure, and those not so great, and in many cases, a new GRCA title! 
• GRCA Title Certificates will arrive in the mail approximately 4-6 weeks after the event. 
• Food services are not available on the property. Please plan accordingly.

ONLINE TO SECURE YOUR SPOT.

3. Follow the prompts and fill in the required information.  When you get to the review and confirm screen, click pay online.  A receipt will be emailed to you after the transaction is completed.
4. Mail the completed CCA entry form along with a copy of your Golden's AKC registration to: Cheryl Blair, 5 Winterberry Lane, Eastham, MA 02642
