Sponsorships must be reserved online.  When checking out, type your tribute in the COMMENTS box on the billing page.  At the bottom of the page, click either "pay online" or "invoice me" (to pay by check).  Mailing instructions will be on your invoice.  

All sponsorships will be published in the Premium list - if purchased and paid for by February 16th.  All sponsorships and tributes will be posted at the show.
